WHAT DO HUMANS NEED TO STAY HEALTHY?
In order to keep your body healthy you need to:
1. DO LOTS OF EXERCISE
2. EATING HEALTHY
A balanced diet helps us to be healthy, to have energy, to grow and to be strong.
We need to eat carbohydrates every day... those are Cereals.
Fruits and vegetables are vitamins and minerals.
Dairies are all the products that come from the milk.
Proteins are meat products, fish, chicken, pulses, nuts and soy.
We shouldn't eat fats or sugary food every day,...only once in a while!!!

2.- Stomachache
3.- Tiredness
4.- Sore throat
5.- Toothache and cavities
6.- Obesity
7.- Sunburn
